The ram is coming of age. To butcher, that is. the question is should I do it my self or send it out.I just called the butcher that is about ten minutes from my house, and it is only $40 to butcher process, and cut sheep and goat. Tell me if it is worth saving the money by doing it yourself. I don't know.
We came home to new livestock, we have a goat and eight count them 8 new ducklings! We are excited. I liked the duck I butchered last December. I look forward to killing these as well. ( I'm cruel, I know.) You could go to Amazon booksto find out more info I bet. But I don't need to.
