Here's a bit of advice from uncle Tim when it comes to giving valentine's day gifts: go small. Don't build up her expectations right off the bat. You can go big on Christmas, and her birthday, but the hallmark card holidays, come on, do you really need another excuse to buy her something else? It's the thought that counts on this one, really. So don't go out and set the bar too high. Don't go out an visit any mortgage lenders just to please her. Do what I did, write here a nice Thursday thirteen.
