I am addicted to Amy over at her web page. She give us these free sample links every Friday. I am in my office every Friday so I load her page and keep updating it until she posts her freebies. Last week I signed my boss up for the free breast exam check reminder. This week isn't as much fun, but still free! woo hoo.

oh, did you notice I changed my layout {again}? I am sooo middle school when it comes to that stuff. I get so bored with it. I can't tell you how long this layout will be here but I can tell you I like it better than the black, I think it is more pleasant to the eye.
