The house on Delia

Well we are trying to sell our duplex on Delia. We put it on the market in November and now we are in the midst of negotiations. We started out too far apart at first, but now we are looking good. Chip has done a terrific job so far and will as always. This guy ( the buyer) has to come up just a little bit more and we may have something to come out of this thing halfway respectable. Steph and I didn't have a clue how much is involved when selling your house too...
