We've statred it already

It still feels like summer here. It has been hot; mid 90's, but we are already thinking about Christmas and looking for christmas gift ideas. Seems every year we run into the same dilemma. The kids are easy to buy for, the adult females are fairly easy to buy for, but we always get stuck at the men. Golf balls and tools seem to be the fall back, but it would be nice to do something different. Something that would be appreciated, but not break the budget. Any ideas? What do you buy for the guys?
