Tastes like chicken!

Steph found the chicken of the wood mushroom along our driveway this week. Oh.. let me tell you if you come across the gem it is well worth it. we froze seven quarts of this thing. Steph also made this casserole thing and you couldn't tell the difference at all. It really did taste like chicken! The good news is that is is one of the four easily identifiable ones that have no poisonous lookalikes. So if you know what you are looking for then have at it because is it well worth it!
