A horse is a horse of course of course

Time is flying by, and I am having parent meetings all the time now. This week I have one Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Every time I have a Parent meeting, I get a raise. So I don't complain about working 12 hours days each day I have a parent meeting. But my brain is fried after each day and I don't really think about what to blog. I will try to keep you updated.
Yesterday Paul said I 'm going to go look at a horse who's coming? I wanted to go so everyone went. we had to take two cars, (when are we getting a 15 pass. van?) This horse was in Elliot county, KY. It was about an hour away. It is funny when you get into the places like that I have to concentrate on what people say there because the drawl is so thick. Steph had a hard time understanding the old lady that lived there on the farm and there was a bunch of other guys waiting to buy other horses ( this guy had about5 cows, and 67 horses) and I had to listen close. so anyway, If you know us we came out with a horse. It is pregnant and very pretty. She is chestnut colored and has white hooves and a white stripe down her nose. she needs a lot of work, but it will be fun to have her around. Having the kids with us helps out too. Lydia and Nolan were running around with the chickens and the dog and Lydia shouts Daddy Can we get the chickens too? or something like that. and the old lady who is 88, says you have all the chickens you can catch. So we come out with two horses and chickens for $350. Not a bad deal at all. oh, and when Paul was checking out the horse, he got kicked by another one square in the back of the thigh. The kids were right there too. I was glad it happen in front of the kids so they know we were serious when we said to be careful around them and what not.. It was a good time and we didn't get back until 9:30p.
Nolan is really starting talk a lot. I will tell you about it later.

I think you meant 6 or 7 horses not 67! :)
