Yesterday it was suppose to rain. There was a 60% chance of rain. We could use rain, but things aren't really dry yet, so it is ok. Since it was suppose to rain we had plans to go to Ashland KY to a museum to see Kellen's, (our nine year old,) award winning art work.
We've been working outside a lot. There is still a lot to do, but we were kind of looking forward to a rainy relaxed kind of day. It never rained. The goat barn got cleaned out. Still no rain. Fence posts got split. Holes were dug. Fence post were put in. Still no rain. Exhaustion had set in and we called it quits even though there was still daylight. No rain. I know, join the wine of the month club, I mean whine, or be grateful for the beautiful day and the work that got done.
Kellen's art work will be on display a few more weeks. We will get there on a rainy day. Until then there is a lot of work to be done!
